## Description

Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2), and the Bureau of Prisons Acquisition Policy (BPAP) 6.304(b), the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has determined the procurement of Catholic Religious Services for the Federal Detention Center (FDC), hereinafter referred to as “institution”, located in SeaTac, Washington, meets the criteria established for Other than Full and Open competition. FDC SeaTac's requirement to be able to serve the Catholic services needs of the Adults in Custody at FDC SeaTac. Seattle Catholic Diocese has been awarded to provide the services required once a week.
