The project consists of the following: Replacing all utility piping under slab for two housing units including domestic water, sewer waste, and chilled/heating water. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
