This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333414; the small business size standard for Government procurement is 500 employees. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Big Spring, 1900 Simler Dr., Big Spring, Texas 79720. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, technical specifications, delivery schedule, and price reviewed equally. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
