FCI Sandstone Education – Welding Department - 2024 VT Welding Air Compressor FCI Sandstone is seeking 1 (one) Air Compressor for our Education – VT Welding Department. Please see below for a list of the minimum air compressor requirements we are seeking to purchase. All quoters shall provide a technical brochure for FCI Sandstone’s final evaluation. All quotes shall include shipping/freight. FOB for this quote is Destination.

FCI Sandstone is located at 2300 County Road 29, Sandstone, MN 55072. The final evaluation for this procurement is lowest price, technically acceptable. Please include all warranty information in your quotes. Must meet the following specifications: . Must be a variable speed rotary screw air compressor . Must have an integrated air dryer system . Must be a minimum of 40 hp . Must have a 195 CFM capacity . Must provide 103 PSI . Must have 460-volt three-phase power . Must have a Xe-70M ECO Module controller .

Must have automatic power outage restart . Must have 135 psig rated discharge pressure . Must have 65 psig minimum operating pressure . Must have 1.5 inch air discharge connection (FEMALE) . Must have 0.875 inch coolant drain -hose size . Must have .25 inch automatic condensate drain (FEMALE) . Must have a minimum main motor efficiency of 92.4% . . Must be a tankless air compressor.
