Evaluation will be lowest price technically acceptable along with past performance evaluations. Pricing will be FOB destination. The combines synopsis will be available on or about February 23, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's SAM web site at http://www.sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed.
