## Description

**All Interested Parties:** The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp-?Duluth,?Minnesota, is soliciting quotations under?Request for Quote #15B40225Q00000002 for?3rd?Quarter?FY2025 Subsistence. This cover letter is intended to provide general?information regarding the submission of your quote. All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation requires offerors to be registered in the?System for Award Management (SAM). Please include your SAM.gov Unique Entity ID?with your offer.

**Evaluation Procedures:** Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in this solicitation. Quoters are advised that award may be made without discussions; therefore, the initial quote should provide the government with sufficient information to recommend an?award without discussions and should reflect the quoter’s ability to perform at a reasonable price.

**Evaluation and Award Methodology:** This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 –?Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 –?Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.

The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract to the Contractor whose quote represents the best value to the Government based on?price, technical acceptance, and past performance. The Government reserves the right to require the quoter to submit additional information as necessary to support a preaward determination of responsibility.

Faxed/mailed/emailed?quotations will not be accepted.?Quotes should be submitted though Unison.?Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quote has been received by the date?and time set to be considered for award. Please submit quotations?no later?than March 26, 2025?@?14:00 ESY. Delivery is to be completed within thirty (30) days of order. Items not delivered within the required time frame may be subject to cancelation and any/all shipping and restocking fees will be the responsibility of the vendor.
