Pricing will be FOB destination with a delivery date on or before January 17, 2025. The solicitation will be available on or about November 12, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration’s web site at https://beta.sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. The Government may make awards without discussions; therefore, offerors are instructed to submit their best offer initially.
