The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for the Chaille Roof Repair project at FDC Miami. The project consists of Roof Overlay to include four (4) sections of the roof approximately 6,810 SQ FT. and Re-Roof of existing overhangs, two (2) sections of the roof approximately 400 SQ FT each. Also, remove sheathing from the underside of the overhangs and replace with new DensGlass sheathing or comparable material and stucco to a smooth finish.
