Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition - Repairs to Chiller #2 and Rental Chiller at FCI Marianna. The urgency of repairs to the FCI Marianna Chiller #2 is due to these chillers providing air conditioning for staff offices and inmate living quarters. FCI Marianna was left with one operational chiller when the other chiller would not restart. A rental chiller is necessary until the second chiller is operational due to current conditions.
