The contract has been awarded to Shaver Foods, LLC. for a total amount of $8,054.00 contract structure. This acquisition was solicited on an unrestricted basis, and all responsible sources were permitted to submit a quote. In accordance with FAR 4.1102, all offerors were required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Award was made to the offeror whose quote represented the best value to the Government, considering price and past performance. The Government reserved the right to award by item, group, or in aggregate, and exercised this authority in determining the final awardee. Performance under this contract is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, at MDC Guaynabo, Highway 28, Intersection of Road 165, Guaynabo, PR 00965-5700.
