The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) at 652 road 28, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, 00965-5700. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set aside restricted as to business size.
