This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, and the delivery dates will be every Monday and Thursday, except for holidays, with the first delivery being on January 2, 2025. All deliveries must not be on holidays and must not be after 2:00 pm. Should any scheduled delivery fall on a holiday, delivery will be made on the next business day, unless otherwise specified by the food service department. Food service reserves the right to make weekly adjustments on quantities and schedule, if needed, based on institutional needs. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The contracting official intends to make this award on an all or none basis.
