Products that do not meet each specification, accordingly, will not be considered. Ensure that your annotations can be distinguished from the content of the RFQ. Quotes must be deemed fair and reasonable. Quotes will be evaluated based on price with consideration of past performance. Offerors may be extended an award via government purchase card or purchase order. Award will be issued as a Firm-fixed-price. Awards at or above $15,000.00 will require the vendor to have a fully established SAMs account prior to issuance of an award. Vendors must be able to deliver during the months of JAN/FEB/MAR of 2026. Early deliveries are not permitted. Deliveries will not be accepted on federal holidays or weekends.
