The Government requires brand-name only Sloan flush valve system components to ensure compatibility with existing installed equipment. The brand name is referenced solely to identify the Government's minimum requirements. No substituions or \"equal\" products will be accepted for these items. Respondents shall demonstrate the ability to supply new, genuine Sloan OEM parts that are fully compatible with existing Sloan flush valve systems and covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. This requirement also includes Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) plumbing and electrical acceossories (e.g. fittings, nipples, elbows, clamps, end stops and similar items) for which brand-name restrictions do not apply.
