In response to the above-mentioned solicitation, 28 responses were received from small businesses. The winning price quotes are listed under the vendor by line item as listed in the request for quote solicitation. This is only a result of the items from the abstract from 4th Qtr. FY2025 and not a contract. Purchases in the amount of $10,000.01 and above will be made via purchase orders with payment by electronic funds transfer.

Purchases in the amount of $10,000.00 and below will be made via a government purchase card. All quotes received by the submission deadline of May 30, 2025, 5:00 PM EST were considered. USP Canaan awarded quoted items to vendors that represented the best value to the government.
