The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 27, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov/.
