The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation herein, will be considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered (prices being rated higher than past performance). The solicitation will be made available on SAM.gov, where all future information pertaining to the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the foregoing website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
