## Description

The Federal Bureau of Prison (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution Memphis, TN is a facility with a rated capacity of 862 low-security inmates within a secure perimeter fence. The current Edwards EST3 Fire Alarm System at FCI Memphis is being upgraded to EST 4 due to being unreliable and problematice. Building 1 has a booster system currently from the adjacent Building B to include pull stations, horns, and strobes. The building was a factory and now being reappropriated to a programming unit for the inmate population.
