This award will be for the service agreement for 20 Pheniox Dialysis machines. To the best of our knowledge, this requirement can only be met through Vantive US Healthcare LLC. This justification is not a request for competitive quotations as no solicitation document is available. Other vendors who believe they can meet the above requirements may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by the closing of this justification. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply services that will comply with the requirements in a satisfactory manner. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested firms must provide a Capability Statement with the following information: Company Name, Address, Point Of Contact, Telephone and Fax Number, Email Address, Business Size, and UEID. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement to Vantive US Healthcare LLC. Responses may be emailed to bmckeown@bop.gov and jx2hayes@bop.gov by the deadline of this justification.
