The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision and warranties necessary to completely fulfil the requirement. The equipment and service(s) shall comply with all Federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and standards, including the latest editions of the International Building Code, NFPA, Life Safety Code, OSHA, American Correctional Association Standards, and other relevant regulations. Manufacturers’ recommendations will be required to be implemented. **Offerors:** Each offeror must be registered in www.SAM.gov and must complete the necessary representations and certifications at the time of submitting their quotation.
