## Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires a turn-key supply and installation of two (2) ADEC 311 dental chairs (or equal/superior alternative with documented equivalency) featuring ergonomic operator access, hydraulic lift ranges from 10" to 30," integrated controls, and a best-value trade-off award basis for delivery to FCI Loretto, PA.

**Description & Scope Requirement:** Turn-key supply and installation of two (2) dental operator chairs and delivery systems.

**Baseline Standard:** A-dec 311 chair or equal/better. Alternative models require comprehensive supporting documentation proving equivalency.

**Delivery/Installation Address:** FCI Loretto, 772 St Joseph St, Loretto, PA 15940. Salient Characteristics Ergonomics & Positioning: Supports close operator movement for posture/view; touch pad with left/right rotation and tilt; configurable for left- or right-handed operators.

**Control & Delivery:** 4-handpiece position control block; control head housing 5 integrated clinical devices/accessories; 5 individual adjustable instrument holders; Disc Foot Control (Rheostat).

**Physical & Mechanical Specs:** Hydraulic drive system; lift range from 10" to 30"; reclining backrest (+70° to -5°); 30° chair swivel to either side; adjustable cushioned headrest and washable tray pad; multi-voltage intraoral light source with independent settings; adjustable water/air coolant.
