This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01, effective 11/12/2024. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for a contract physician to act as a Medical Officer and, in that capacity, shall review the findings and recommendations set out in the physical and mental fitness for duty examination of an ATF employee and make recommendations whether to return the employee to full duty. Additional requirements are documented in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please read the attached PWS carefully when submitting your quotation response. The period of performance is documented in the PWS. Any quotation responses that do not meet the minimum requirements of the PWS will not be considered for award. ATF will award to the responsible firm whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be the most advantageous/best value using the Lowest-Price-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) method. This requirement is being set aside for small businesses. Offerors MUST be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) system (www.SAM.gov) at the time of quotation submission, pursuant to FAR 52.204-7. OPEN MARKET Quotes should be submitted via email to brian.palmer@atf.gov by the Close of this RFQ, 11:00am Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024. Quotes MUST be good for 30 calendar days after the close of the RFQ and should be submitted in Good-Faith in order to be responsive.
