The campaign will also highlight the tip lines as a key resource for the public to report a suspicious activity and suspected crimes. The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA, P.L. 117-159) was signed into law on June 25, 2022. This landmark legislation implemented several changes to the mental health system, school safety programs, and gun safety laws.
