CFAO Infrastructure, Benin is considered as the only responsible source to handle US Embassy Cotonou elevator maintenance requirements, and no other services will satisfy the agency requirements. The services will be provided in Cotonou, Benin. This is not a request for proposal, and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclose requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
