This is a brand-name solicitation for the manufacturer Mercury Marine. **Warranty:** Awarded Contractor will provide US Embassy Panama City with a description of the Standard Warranty conditions, indicating expiration date. **Authorized Reseller:** Offerors must be authorized resellers of Mercury Marine products and shall provide supporting documentation as proof of authorization at the time of proposal submission.
