The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to F.T. Specialist Inc., 330 Hudson Street, Floor 7, New York, New York, 10013 for access to current and historical news and in-depth analysis of the mutual fund industry, the money management industry, and of mutual fund board compliance and governance issues. The NAICS code is 513110. The contracting officer has determined that F.T.

Specialist Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR 12.102. The SEC requires access to the following news services: Ignites, BoardIQ, and FundFire. The period of performance for the purchase order is one base year and four option years. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to F.T. Specialist Inc. on or about December 31, 2025. The solicitation is attached to this notice in accordance with FAR 12.202(b).
