No other service can provide the scope and breadth of materials and participating libraries. It is the single resource used by all types of libraries to provide these services from public to academic to government research facilities. The Base period of performance will be from 8/31/2024 through 7/1/2025 and for the four options years will be from 8/1/2025 through 7/31/2029. ***This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available. However, firms that believe they can fully meet the government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact within 15 days after publication of this synopsis.
