ATDD will be involved to support the forecasting of fire weather during field campaigns beginning in fall 2023 and beyond that are funded as a component of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). Two mobile boundary layer measurement trailer systems will be constructed for this study. The tower needs to be deployed in less than two minutes, less that 50 lb, withstand winds up to 75 mph, and have mounting points for our various meteorological sensors.
