## Description

USCGC Polar Star is requesting the transportation and delivery of 15,155 gallons of Shell Gadinia 40W Lube Oil to:

USCG Base Seattle. 1519 Alaskan Way S. Seattle WA 98134 Delivery would be made via truck utilizing a 50-100 Foot 2 Inch camlock hose. An Over The Water Certificate will be made available upon vendor determination. Determiniation will be made via LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable).
