The award will be made using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(A), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the business size standard is 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. It is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest by providing a capability statement not later than July 10, 2024 at 10:00AM(EST). The capability statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
