The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the Size Standard is $34M. The anticipated award date is February 19, 2024. The National Marine Fisheries Service, Northeast Fisheries Science Center, Protected Species Branch, Woods Hole, Massachusetts has a requirement for immediate software upgrades to government owned Interactive Data Language (IDL) software package environment (NV5 Geospatial Solutions Ltd (NV5GS). The modifications required will improve the speed and efficiency of the software within the governments IT structure, by speeding up processing capabilities and move data into cloud processing. The upgrade ensures continuity and integrity of scientific data across historical and new data received in out years. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this time sensitive requirement with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. It is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
