All interested parties must acknowledge amendment and return one signed copy of the attached corresponding SF-30. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in Grey Maine has a requirement for the installation of a 10,000-gallon underground water storage tank system. The Place of Performance address is The National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in Grey Maine located at: National Weather Service Gray/Portland, ME, 1 Weather Lane, Gray, ME 04039, Phone: 207?688?3216. **Magnitude:** The Government estimates the value of this requirement to be between $175,000 and $200,000. Contract Type/Evaluation The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the Government: (1) Project Schedule, (2) Demonstrated Prior Experience, and (3) Price. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses.
