Section 109). Based on market research and technical requirements documented in the project file, Advanced Telemetry Systems (ATS) is the only OEM capable of providing the specified acoustic telemetry tags that meet the scientific study requirements. These tags have unique specifications necessary for compatibility with existing research protocols and equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
