Additionally, orders issued under this BPA will be for in-person or remote requirements shall not exceed the micro purchase threshold. This Pre-solicitation Notice is solely issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only, under North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) 541930 for Translation and Interpretation Services. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Bureau of Reclamation is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Responses to the Pre-solicitation Notice will not be returned. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
