The BOR intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. This sources sought is issued solely to establish if there are any small businesses that can provide the requirements in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS). This is NOT a Request for Proposals nor an Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of contractor's information.
