Description of Products and Services: HVAC Maintenance (PM and CM) A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included with this Sources Sought Synopsis which states all tasks and requirements that are needed at the locations. Period of Performance: Performance period for this contract is one (1) base year plus four (4) one year option periods for a potential maximum contract performance period of five (5) years. The anticipated start date for performance is June 1, 2024. Place of Performance: All work will take place at the Eastern Colorado Area Office locations: • 11056 West County Road 18E, Loveland, CO 80537 • 910 Van Buren Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537 Interested vendors are encouraged to respond with their capabilities statement which demonstrates the firm's experience and capability to perform the principal components of the service(s) listed above.
