The Period of Performance is as follows: Base Year: Date of award to June 30, 2025 Option Year 1: July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 Option Year 2: July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 Option Year 3: July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028 Option Year 4: July 1, 2028 to June 30, 2029 As stated in 2002 Code § 13.04.01, The Wasatch County solid waste disposal special service district shall be the exclusive provider of solid waste collection, transportation and disposal for occupied residential and commercial properties within the districts jurisdiction.
