The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Dams Office (LCDO), Hoover Dam, Parker Dam and Davis Dam, have a requirement for an all-inclusive service contract to service and maintain the existing Atlantium HOD Ultra-Violet (UV) Light system(s) installed on generator cooling water systems, used to control quagga mussel growth in critical plant coolers and heat exchangers. The only company known to be able to perform these services is Atlantium Technologies Ltd., located in Beit Shemesh, Israel. The NAICS for this action 238210, entitled Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, which has a business size standard of $19M. Award is anticipated in August 2025, with service beginning in September 2025. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price type contract with one (1) base year and up to four (4) option years. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
