The Yuma Area Office (YAO) has a requirement for a Twin Disk dredge transmission for Multi-Species Conservation Program (MSCP) Section 26 Conservation Area backwater development. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authorities of FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1(c). Ellicott Dredges, LLC is currently the only vendor with this specific transmission readily available to ship. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333613, Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment Manufacturing with a corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. The anticipated award date is April 5, 2024. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing via email to Kathleen Berry at kberry@usbr.gov. Inquiries must clearly state the solicitation number and subject. Inquiries must be received no later than March 29, 2024.
