The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin has a requirement to collect, haul, and dispose of asbestos containing material (ACM) along the Salinity Canal in Yuma County, AZ The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, certificates/permits, and materials to remove and legally dispose of all ACM located on site and 8 inches of soil beneath the pile is to be over-excavated, removed, and legally disposed of. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 562910, Environmental Remediation Services, with a corresponding small business size standard of $25M.
