The contractor shall provide and maintain waste containers, including an 8-yard waste container, 6-yard yard waste container, 4-yard recycling container, and 64/65-gallon organics container, and transport/dispose of collected waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The anticipated period of performance includes one base year and four option years (9/1/2026 through 8/31/2031). Reclamation is seeking capability statements from interested businesses capable of performing this requirement. Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement addressing the following: 1. Company Information o Company name, point of contact, phone number, and email address. o Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. o Business size status under NAICS 562111. 2. Capability and Experience o Description of the company’s experience providing commercial waste collection and disposal services. 3.
