A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms, believing they can provide these services above, must provide a written capability statement to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence that demonstrates the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within five (7) calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the government. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
