Develop a detailed report of a recommended viable alternative for improving/modernizing the hatchery’s systems and increasing the hatchery's aquaculture production potential, resiliency, and efficiency, considering a changing climate and alterations in watershed water management, and minimizing the impact on listed salmonid populations within the Battle Creek watershed. The report should include the overall alternative concept with preliminary designs, a Construction Cost Estimate, and a proposed detailed project implementation schedule.
