AT&T Company is the sole provider of local telecommunications services for the areas of Whiskeytown, Glen Colusa Irrigation District, Stony Gorge, and Shasta Lake, California. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms believing, they can provide these services must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the stated requirements. Please include notice number 140R2024Q0115 in your response. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. All responses received within 5 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is the only official pre-solicitation notice of this requirement. Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition. Responses should include: 1) Company name, address, Unique Entity ID number, and point of contact. 2) Identify business size in accordance with NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) with size standard 1,500 employees. Firms shall identify their business size (small, other than small, etc.) in accordance with the size standard 1,500 employees.
