This is not a request for quote and shall not obligate the Government to award a contract. Responses to this sources sought announcement shall be in writing. Response shall be sent via email to Mouang Phan, Contracting Officer at mphan@usbr.gov. Please include notice number 140R2024Q0096 in your response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HubZone and other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possess the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. If your organization is interested in providing these product/services under contract, please respond to this announcement by 3:00 PM PDT on Friday, June 14, 2024, and include the following information: 1.
