Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to meet the needs of this requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement. The capability statement shall include the following: 1. Company name and point of contact information 2. Unique Entity Identifier 3. Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, etc) 4. Description of capability to perform janitorial services 5. Past performance/experience on contracts of similar sizes Note: If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the primary contractors name and quantifiable amount(percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work.
