The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is B533, Special Studies/Analysis-Water Quality. The small business size standard is 19.0M. These item(s) will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
