The work will consist of abandoning two existing geothermal wells, installing an air-cooled chiller, gas-fired boiler, direct-digital control system, installing a drain tank beneath existing floor and removing/replacing concrete floor in an out building. This requirement will be advertised as a firm-fixed price, Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 15 procedures. The contract will be administered as a construction contract in accordance with FAR Part 36. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 238220 ¿ Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 million. This procurement will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
