## Description

This notice serves as a Sources Sought. The project will be funded through FY25 BIL-ECRP appropriations. The anticipated acquisition method is FAR 14 Sealed Bidding. However, the government is considering the use of FAR 15 Best Value Trade-Offs as well. If your firm is insterested in this work.
