This facility houses fleet, equipment, and personnel. The gate is approximately 60 feet long, 10 feet tall, and spans a 45-foot opening. It is about 20 years old and has sustained structural damage over time, including multiple instances of welding fabrication and component replacement. The existing drive unit and control cabinet are outdated, with the control cabinet frequently being inoperable. This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
